Jim Brundige is the bring-in and completes it to 30,000. Kristin Kane calls with a nine and Jaime Staples raises to 60,000 with a 10. Nick Kiley calls, Brundige calls and is all in for slightly less and Kane folds.
There is 90,000 on the side between Kiley and Staples. On fourth, Staples checks, Kiley bets and Staples calls. On fifth, Staples leads out when he open pairs his 10. Staples bets and Kiley shakes his head and raises to put Staples all in for his remaining 20,000.
“I was rolled up, but I guess I’m behind now,” says Kiley, who shows [4d][4s] in the hole. Staples tables [Th][2h] in the hole and is in the lead with trips, while Brundige is drawing slim with [Ac][6h] in the hole.
Brundige pairs his ace on sixth, Kiley bricks and so does Staples. Nobody improves on the river and Staples more than doubles up, moving back into the chip lead and Kiley loses a good chunk of his stack. Brundige is eliminated in fifth place for $780.
