At the end of play on Friday, a total of 53 players moved on to Day 2, which made up 20% of the field. Play stopped at the 26:32 mark in Level 12. Leading the way is Patrick Truong with a whopping 471,000 chips, followed by Team RIU Pro Ricky ‘RatedGTO’ Guan (275,500), and poker vlogger Johnnie Moreno (227,500) to round out the top three stacks.

In the evening, the $125 Triple Stud event began at 5PM and attracted a total of 66 entries for a prize pool worth $6,402. Joe Brindle earned himself a second piece of RIU gold, earning $1,627 for the win. He defeated Nam Truong heads up, who took home $1,120 for his deep run.
