At the end of Day 1B of the Run It Up Reno VIII Main Event, Robert Valdez put the most chips in the bag with 326,500! He topped a field of 90 players remaining of 362 entries on the second and final starting flight of RIU Reno’s marquee event. The total entries across two starting days is now at 629, bringing the prize pool to an impressive $329,471, well above the guaranteed $250,000!

When all was said and done, it was Day 1A end-of-day chip leader Patrick Truong who came out on top in the $125 2,3,4,5 Mix event for $2,215! He topped a field of 95 entries for a prize pool worth $9,215. Truong defeated Charles Edwards heads-up for the title, who ended up pocketing $1,460 for his deep run.

Familiar faces to make the money in this event included Nathan Manuel (10th – $310), Ryan ‘tasteliketurtles’ Parker (11th – $250), Patrick Tardif (13th – $200) and Vincent Newland (15th – $200).
