We’ve spotted poker power couple Kim Stone and Hayden Fortini in the field. They are both familiar faces here as it is their third Run It Up Series and they crush every time. Kim Stone never left a Run It Up series without a trophy yet, and this series, she’s hoping, will be no different. She intends to take a shot at every tournament.

Although Stone still deals part-time for a living, being on the other side of the table is one of her priorities: ”I still deal part-time. But I spend a lot of the time at the casino, one way or the other. I’m booking at least 30 hours a week playing cards.”

She’s been on a heater lately and got second in two tourneys in Vegas within the last 10 days; but for her, this was a pre-game for Run It Up. Her goal is to keep running good here and take home a third trophy.

”I played the daily at the Aria last week and I ended up chopping it. Got second place money. Saturday, same thing. I played the Daily at the Venetian and chopped it heads-up. I’m running pretty good. Pre-game for this. My goal is to win another trophy and then I will be three for three on trophies per series so that’s my goal; and of course we came for the freeroll on monday, the invitation for any trophy winner. That will be fun.”
