On a flop of [Kc][Jc][4c], Claudio Elizalde checks from the small blind, Steve Filipovic checks from the big blind and Kevin Gerhart bets 13,000 from under the gun. Jeff Gross calls on the button and both blinds fold.
The turn is the [2s] and Gerhart moves all in for 40,000. Gross takes a couple minutes of thought before calling. Gerhart shows [Ah][Ac][Tc][3h], good for the nut flush, and needs to fade the board pairing against Gross’ [Qs][Jd][Jh][Th].
The river is the [5s] and Gerhart doubles up. He’s now in contention for the chip lead and Gross is the short stack.
