It’s a battle of the blinds between Jon Turner in the small blind and the player in the big blind. On the turn, they are heads-up on a board of [Jh][3h][2c][Qd].

Turner checks and the big blind moves all in for about 85,000. Turner immediately sits up and leans back in his chair, visibly unhappy with the shove from his opponent.
He spends a couple minutes in the tank before calling. The big blind shows [3c][2s], good for bottom two pair, but Turner wins the pot with [6d][2d], good for a bigger two pair. Turner wins the pot and quickly ascends to the top of the chip counts after scoring a knockout about 10 spots before the money bubble.
“How’s your heart rate?” jokes another player at the table. “You can relax now.”
“I was going to call most bets. Maybe even raise for value. And then he just shoved,” said Turner with a shrug.
