Alex Lavinthal opened the pot and Cheng Lu came along for the ride. The two players, both the shortest on the table, got their stacks in the middle on a board with two diamonds. Lavinthal held kings and Lu had a flush draw. The river actually gave Lu a straight and Lavinthal was denied a second trophy, going home in 6th place.
